This grant was given in support of All India Movement (AIM) for Seva, Inc. This organization was established to bring care and culture from mainstream society to the people in remote mountain, forests, or coastal regions of India. Their aim is to provide for:

• drinking water
• health-care
• primary education
• nutrition for children
• education in environmental care
• programs for validation and promotion of their culture
• help in self-sufficiency, self-help and water-harvesting
